Learning Arabic with Mentors Linguist:
In the era of communication, where information has revolutionized the demographics of the world, it has become imperative to adjust to the criterions of the time and era. In former times it wasn’t essential to know the outside mechanics of the world but today with changing times, changing our ways has taken precedence.
There were times when people really didn’t have to go through the trouble of knowing any other language, they could rely on their regional language let alone worry about knowing an international one. Today with the borders on the globe narrowing down, the world order has taken another route. Today trade and barriers to trade has reduced. Today there is no stopping of people who wish to pursue their careers abroad. To avail the green pastures of commerce people today need to equip themselves with the ways and modes of the host country’s life.

Immerse yourself – in the world of Arabic
Education is an integral aspect of human life. However,it is not restricted to the competencies and skills we learn at our school, college or university. Life tends to teach us lessons in reality without any conscious effort of ours and thus we grow intellectually-sometimes involuntarily!
As a society we classify education in two ways:one based on the hands on experiences of life; the other attained in formal schools. Institutions today aspire to amalgamate both these types in such a way that knowledge is not only committed to memory but is also learnt through its application. Mentors Linguist is one such institution-we make learning practical and effective.

Arabic-a legacy carved in stone
It is a mistake to believe that Arabic is an important language for Arabs and Muslims only. It is true that the Holy Quran is in Arabic and it was also spoken by Prophet Muhammad PBUH. However, it is wrong to assume that Arabic and Islam began together.
Arabic is one of the Semitic languages and has been derived from the Aramaic script; a language spoken in Aram which is now central Syria. It is the lone surviving member of the Ancient North Arabian dialect. Some inscriptions date back to the 4th century whereas Islam arrived in the 7th century.
Today, Arabic is spoken by over 300 million people. The language that is spoken in Middle Eastern and North African countries such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE ,Turkey and Libya is not only for religious enlightenment but is a way of life that has it roots embedded in culture and tradition that prevailed in the pre- Islamic era
